The specific scope of services will be defined in separate service agreements or statements of work entered into between you and Markettrend.

User Obligations

When using our website and services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be specified in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, duties, and other governmental charges. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your purchase of our services.

Project Timelines and Deliverables

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon project timelines and deliver services as specified in the applicable service agreement. However, timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project complexity, scope changes, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

Delays caused by your failure to provide necessary information, materials, or approvals in a timely manner may result in adjusted timelines and additional fees.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. However, our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Markettrend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our website or services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Your continued use of our website or services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use our website and services will immediately cease.

Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms of Use, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Markettrend regarding your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
